During this time, our team will be taking a well-earned break to recharge, either at home with family or in a cosy winter cabin. However, rest assured that automated monitoring and recovery systems will remain operational as usual and the majority of issues will be resolved before anyone notices them.

Please log issues via our support system, and we’ll prioritise action based on the potential impact. Please note that your regular contact may not be available over the holidays, so the support system is the best way to ensure your request is seen and actioned promptly.
